The Manager is an important and necessary link between the Trust / Society and the School. Mrs Sukanya Roy has been associated with the institution for a decade. She holds most of the administrative correspondence with CBSE. She ensures that the directions from the society are conveyed to the School Managing Committee and to the Principal of the institution properly. She manages teacher and staff recruitment, maintaining CBSE qualification requirements. She checks attendance tracking, leaves records, salary processing and performance reviews. She oversees the financial health of the school. Collaborating with senior leaders,she contributes to strategic decisions that drive the school's growth and improvement, ensuring long term success.
