Please follow these set of rules:

I.         Please write the name of your child in all the belongings such as the Tiffin Box, Water Bottle, Bag and Shoes. The school cannot be blamed for any exchange or loss of these materials. Sometimes the name gets washed off after a few washes. Please rewrite the name to avoid any discrepancy.

II.         The child should not wear any kind of jewellery to the school. The school will not take any responsibility for any kind of loss.

III.         Parents are requested not to park any kind of vehicles in front of the school gate. You are also requested not to make the rickshaws wait as this causes inconvenience to others. It would surely be different in case it is raining.

IV.         There will be a Parent-Teacher Interactive Meeting (/Open House Meet) from time to time. Otherwise, parents can only meet the teachers and the Principal on the basis of appointment.

V.         Parents/Guardians are requested to check the school notice board regularly for an important notice. Notices will also be sent in the student school diary from time to time (if necessary). Please sign and send the diary every day.

VI.         Parents especially mothers are requested to talk softly while waiting for their wards outside the school so as not to disturb the other residents of the locality.

a.    Parents are not allowed to enter the school premises without the permission of the school authorities. They will be contacted by the school office if required.

b.    If the student is escorted by a parent/guardian/representative, the escort must carry the card to ensure proper identification.

IX.         The child will be taken to the toilet and made to drink water from time to time. His/her dress is checked just before leaving to avoid any inescapable incidents. But if you still find any unfavourable incidents, please inform the Principal/Office immediately so that immediate actions can be taken.

X.         Periodicals reports will keep parents informed of the progress of their wards. These reports are to be signed by the parents/guardians and returned in time.

XI.         If the child is crying at the initial stage, he/she will be released before time and slowly the releasing time will be increased so that he/she does not develop any school phobia.
